Where can I find templates?​

Templates for GoC datasets, claim triangles, and ratio tables appear on their respective upload screens. Use them to validate column names before submission.

What if my verification email never arrives?​

Check spam folders and allow @actserv-africa.com. You can re-trigger the verification by attempting to log in.

How do I compare disclosures with a prior period?​

Enable Compare With Previous in the Disclosures parameter form and choose the historical run from the dropdown.

Can I restore a deleted run?​

No. Export the PDF and XLSX reports before deleting runs to preserve your audit trail.

Who can generate API keys?​

Only users with administrator privileges and access to the Admin Panel can create or revoke API keys.
