Recover Access

Use the Forgot password? link on the login page whenever a user cannot recall their credentials.

You will be directed to enter your email for authentication.

1. Enter the registered email address.
2. Click Reset Password.
3. Check the mailbox for a reset email and select Reset Password in the message.
4. Enter a new password that meets complexity requirements and confirm it.
5. Press Submit and return to the login screen with the new credentials.

If the email does not arrive, confirm spam filters allow @actserv-africa.com and request another reset.
